My journey
Before I ever coached an entrepreneur or a real estate investor, I was one.
Long before delivering more than 45,000 coaching sessions, I spent over 25 years building and operating businesses, leading teams, scaling companies, and navigating the same challenges many entrepreneurs face every day.
Over the course of my business career, I built and operated a $40 million hospitality and real estate group with more than 50 locations across North America. At the same time, I built a private real estate investment company with holdings across multiple asset classes and investments around the world.
Those years taught me lessons no textbook ever could. I learned what it takes to build businesses from the ground up. I learned how to lead through uncertainty, make high-stakes decisions, navigate growth, and create wealth while managing the pressures that come with success.
Those experiences became the foundation of everything I teach today.
